Fifteen minutes past Piazzale Michelangelo and already in open country. Tuscan cooking with some polish on it: cured meats and pecorino from nearby, fried coccoli with prosciutto and stracchino, grilled meat. It does host tour groups, so ask when booking whether there is one in that evening if you want a quiet table.
