Booked separately from the ordinary museum ticket and worth the extra step. Narrow stairs and small spaces, so no pushchairs, and children under six are not admitted.
For younger children the same palace runs storytelling sessions with costumed characters, a different booking. Ask when you buy tickets rather than assuming it is the same thing.
