Part of a small Florentine chain rather than an artisan project, and that is the point of it. Thin Roman style pizza, quick, cheap, and busy with locals rather than visitors.
Go for the price and the ordinary weeknight feel of the room, not for a sourdough conversation. It is a twenty minute walk east of Santa Croce or a short bus ride.
